Alaska Railroad Corporation and providing for a successor                      
corporation; and providing for an effective date which had been                
placed at the bottom of the calendar (page 3113) was read the

employees of the Alaska Railroad;                                              
		(4)  accept assignment of the retirement obligations                         
owed to employees of the Alaska Railroad at the time of transfer of            
ownership of the Alaska Railroad; and"

Within one week after receiving the proposed request for proposals,            
the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee may submit comments                 
and suggestions to the governor regarding the request for proposals."
